Workout of the Day – 2012 CrossFit Games Workout 12.4
As Many Reps/Rounds as possible in 12 minutes of
– 150 wall balls
– 90 double unders
– 30 muscle ups
Everyone will be getting a “Karen” time today as well, since “Karen” is 150 wall balls. For those of you posting scores, there are very specific movement protocols (check the link, but we’ll review in the gym). Basically, expect to have a few no-reps for the wall balls. 😉
I haven’t had time to cut together the video yet, but Anton tire-jumped 60 inches last night, it was pretty sweet.
