A – Back squat (using 5 rep max)
10 reps at 65%
8 reps at 75%
6 reps at 85%
3 reps at 95%
Focus on form & breathing!
B – 21-15-9 reps for time of
– thrusters (lighter)
– burpees
– pull-ups

I’m also going to unashamedly use this so I don’t have to figure out my numbers later: 97.5, 112.5, 127.5, 142.5 (based on 150 5 rep max…which was done with the ugliest form ever)

I made it uglier coz had to do B at home
35# KB swings,
burpees and
V ups.
I didn’t time it, but think i was under 5 minutes. I had to hurry up because someone wanted to play Legos.
