Alright… so NO MORNING classes today. I got another early call. LT will be here in the afternoon/evening.

The CrossFit Games start today at 6am!

Workout of the Day –

AT HOME –
Choose one – box jumps, or double unders

7 rounds
– 1 minute box jumps OR double unders
– 1 minute rest

At the GYM (in the evening)

Alternating minutes for 14 minutes
– 5 power snatch
– 30 double unders (scale to 30 seconds)

Then – 30 push-ups
