Workout of the Day –

A – cycle through the following
– 1st minute 10 split squats (L)
– 2nd minute 10 split squats (R)
– 3rd minute 10 back squats
* add weight after the back squats if possible

B – AMRAP in 10 minutes
– 6 deadlifts*
– 6 buprees over bar
– 6 deadlifts
– 12 burpees over bar
– 6 deadlifts
– 24 burpees over bar
– 6 deadlifts
– 30 burpees over bar…
… and so on (until 10 minutes)
*use your last weight for your squats/split squats, unless you’re confident you can go heavier.
