Monthly Challenge
Ladies – 3 pull-ups
Gentelmen – 10 pull-ups

Warm-up –
1600m run – then
– 2 minute plank
– 30 squats*
– 30 push-ups*
– 2 minute plank
* squats and push-ups must completed within 2 minutes, rest with any remaining time.

Workout of the Day –
A – Alternating minutes for 10 minutes
– 10 back squats
– 4 negative pull-ups (on back squat rack)

B – 200m weighted walking lunge
– weight may be overhead, or dumbbells held to the side.
