Super COol Science Link of the Day – Dance it Out

Warm up-
1600m run
– 3 rounds
– 10 kbs
– 10 box jumps
– 10 back squat with PVC (these count as your 30 squats today)

Workout of the Day –

A – alternating minutes for 10 minutes
– 5 back squats
– 4 negative pull-ups (L-sit if possible)

B – 5 rounds for reps
– 1 minute plank*
– 1 minute burpees
(compare to Sep 1, 2016, or June 30, 2017)
* if you fall form the plank in any round, your score resets to ZERO
