5 rounds
– 10 squats
– 10 reps – one “letter” of shoulder series (I,Y,T,W,A)

Workout of the Day –

A – decrease reps each minute, increase weight each minute (for as long as possible)
0:00 – 10 back squats
1:00 – 9 back squats
2:00 – 8 back squats
3:00 – 7 back squats…
…etc. until
9:00 – 1 back squat

B – 100m weighted walking lunge

C – finish 135 squats
– if you did the warm-up, you have 85 left
