A – 50 Thrusters (95/65)
B – AMRAP in 10 minutes
– 30 double unders*
– 10 push-press (95/65)
*scaling – if you’re still working on double unders, spend 1 minute working on them, then move onto the presses (using this pattern, you should get through 5 rounds during the 10 minutes); if scaling in this way, note your double unders for each round
Advanced athletes may sub handstand push-ups for the presses, but only if you feel you can keep a pace to do at LEAST 5 rounds (you may alternate movements each round as well).
