WOD A & B today – Abs + Conditioning

WOD A

WOD A 7 minute abs, for total reps 
- 1 min v-ups
- 1 min L-side plank*
- 1 min R-side plank*
- 1 min Russian twists
- 1 min bicycles
- 1 min mountain climbers
- 1 min hollow rocks

*touch the hip to the ground for "reps" on the side plank

WOD B 7 rounds for time
- 10 power cleans*
- 10 "Kick-it" burpees*
*power cleans - if light weight, do 10 each arm, if heavy, do 5
*Burpees - the clap is the count:
* -- 1 rep = drop down-->push-up-->5 kicks (same leg)-->push-up-->jump & cap
* -- you'll do 5 each "side" for your total of 10 * -- SQUEEZE the booty for the reps... don't rush!
