This reading list is posted for furthering your education, enlightenment, and for more information on fitness, nutrition, & life in general, it starts with book/print recommendations, followed by a few websites.
The top part of the list is more related to sport/fitness/nutrition, while the second part is more for general reading/self improvement. Books that I, the coach, haven’t read yet I have marked with “(rec. by Name) – this is so you know who to ask about the subject matter/readability of the book, since I have yet to read it.
If I had to pick one book to read on this list. It would be Do the Work by Stephen Pressfield. To know why, you’ll have to read it. 😉
